How do I return my parcel?
To do so, please fill out the form below and state the reason for the return. After filling it out, you will receive your free return label within 1–2 business days. Then take the package to the nearest drop-off point. As soon as the package reaches our warehouse, you will receive your money back within 5–7 business days.

Please note that our socks are hygiene articles and can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
